 Synthetic Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oils ISO 15, 22, 32, 46, 68
AMSOIL Synthetic AW Series Antiwear Hydraulic Oils are shear-stable, long-life lubricants based on high-quality synthetic oil technology. These oils are formulated with a premium additive system that inhibits oxidation to prevent acid formation and viscosity increase and inhibit rust and foam (providing smooth hydraulic operation). AW Oils contain a very effective zinc-based antiwear/antioxidant additive which controls wear in high-speed, highpressure vane and gear pumps while meeting the lubrication requirements of axial piston pumps with bronze-on-steel metallurgy. AW Oils meet the requirements for Maximum Efficiency Hydraulic Fluid (mehf) and can lower costs and/or increase productivity in mobile equipment by 3 to 4.5%. Improved pump efficiency can increase hydraulic power, reduce fuel consumption and improve productivity.  Synthetic TBI ISO 32/46 Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil
AMSOIL TBI hydraulic oil is a premium lubricant designed to biodegrade to its natural state when subjected to sunlight, water and microbial activity. Because it is formulated with ashless additives that do not contain heavy metals, TBI has a very low toxicity level. AMSOIL TBI incorporates very high-quality synthetic base oils that provide thermal stability, even though they are biodegradable. TBI also contains antiwear additives that have been thoroughly tested and qualified against stringent hydraulic oil standards including Denison HF0, HF1 and HF2, Vickers M-2950S and I-286S and Cincinnati Milacron P-68 and P-70. TBI provides optimum protection for hydraulics, preventing pump wear and rusting of critical components. It also contains antioxidants that increase oil life and foam inhibitors that quickly release air from the oil. Based on high-quality, synthetic oil chemistry that better withstands heat and lasts longer, TBI outperforms vegetable oil-type, biodegradable hydraulic oils, ensuring problem-free operation.
